Govt. Approved ID is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels. The difference in the cost shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due to an increase in the number of guests, hotel change, etc., before the beginning of the trip.
The hotels are subject to their availability. In case they are not available, the travelers will be accommodated in a property of similar standard.
The Vehicle will Any deviation from the planned route of vehicle at customers request during the tour will be chargeable on per Km. basis. be available only till 6 PM.
Consult a physician before undertaking the tour. Carry basic medications and a first-aid kit during the tour.
Kumar India Tour reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbances that might occur (i.e. severe weather conditions, political unrests or others).
Liability for change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like a change in flight and train schedule, cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, roadblocks, etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost. No bill will be reimbursed for any missed service/facility.
Because of any reason natural or personal, if the tour or a particular activity is not completed, no refund will be processed.
Pay heed to the tour guides and instructors in order to enjoy a safe and sound tour.
Guidelines issued by the State-Government are to be followed. Social distancing to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and use of mask recommended.
Any breakage or damage of any items at the hotels/resorts/camps will be charged at actuals.
In case a traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor Kumar Holiday India will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package. Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are to be considered an exclusion in the deal. Any kind of drink (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) is not included in the package cost.
All entry tickets for stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, state and entry fees, monument entrances, camera charges, permits, etc. are not a part of the package.
Any rescheduling/rearrangement of package due to circumstances beyond Kumar India Tour control might invite additional charges for hotels and/or vehicle.
Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Travelers littering may be fined.
GST is applicable to the package cost.
Cancellation After Rescheduling Clients who reschedule their tours or treks but later decide to cancel will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. Any rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.
All international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover is not a part of the package.
Carry dry snacks/food, granola bars, etc. from home. Carry a regular and another insulated water bottle with you, so that you can refill.

Confirmation Policy
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customers preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 30% of total tour advance will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50% of total tour advance will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100% of total tour advance will be charged as cancellation fees.
Payment Terms Policy
- Partial Payment – pay in easy installments.
- 50% advance to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation.
- Balance 25% after from the tour starts.
- The remaining 25% before the end of the tour.
Refund Policy
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 7 business days.
- All applicable refunds will be transferred to the Travelers bank account.
